How To Open A Ticket at Myglobalhost?
Facing issues or need support? Simply open a ticket at myglobalHOST and get solution to your issues almost instantly.

To open a ticket, follow the below steps:
Open Ticket Page
Ignore this step if you’re already logged in to myglobalHOST client area. If not, then kindly enter your full name and email ID which is registered with myglobalHOST.
Write subject which best describes the issue you’re facing. Example: ‘SSL Issue’ or ‘Need support regarding abcd’.
Select the default department as ‘Customer Support’. As this is only for registered customers of myglobalHOST.
Choose from High, Medium, Low based on issue’s criticality. Kindly do not select Low unless your query / issue is not really important as it may take server hours of waiting time to get support and, select High if it is really urgent.
Explain your query / issue very well so that our support team can understand the issue and revert as soon as possible. Mention all information which you think will be required in order to fix the issue.
Upload any relevant screenshot which best describes the issue. This is completely optional and is not necessary in all the cases.
